What Are Business Checks?
Business checks are checks drawn on a company account rather than a personal one. They carry your business name and address on the face, and they are usually larger than personal checks with more space for payment detail, record keeping and authorized signatures.
The practical difference is the paper trail. A business check is designed to document why a payment was made, not just that it happened. That matters for bookkeeping, for audits and for anyone reconciling accounts later.
Beyond that, the format you need depends entirely on how you pay. Some businesses print in batches from accounting software. Others write by hand as payments come up. Some do both.

How Do You Choose the Right Business Checks?
Work through three questions in order and the answer usually settles itself.
Do you print from accounting software? If yes, you need pre-printed computer checks in the layout your software expects. If your software is QuickBooks or Xero specifically, start with those categories. If no, manual checks remove the printer entirely.
How many bank accounts do you print for? One account means pre-printed stock is simpler. Several accounts means blank stock will save you holding separate boxes for each.
How much detail does each payment need? Payments needing full remittance detail call for a format with two stubs, usually check on top. Payments tracked entirely inside your software can use three per page and cut your cost per check.
Plenty of businesses run more than one format. A deskbook covers ad hoc payments while computer checks handle the scheduled runs. Just keep the check number sequences separate so reconciliation stays clean.

Yes. Order before 2:00 PM EST on a business day and your checks print and ship the same afternoon, arriving the next business day. Shipping is free, including overnight, with no minimum order and no subscription.

How Does It Ship?
Next day eligible orders travel by UPS Overnight Air, and UPS guarantees delivery by 10:30 AM in most commercial areas. Additional checks and non rush reorders move by UPS Ground within three business days, with shipping free either way.
We guarantee to ship on time. If a delay begins in our production department, we refund based on when your package actually arrives.
What You Need to Order Business Checks
Four details complete the order: your bank routing number, your account number, your starting check number, and your business name and address as it should print. All four appear on an existing check drawn on the same account.
Routing and account numbers. Both sit along the bottom edge of any current check, inside the MICR line.
Starting check number. Continue your existing sequence so your bookkeeping stays unbroken and your bank does not query duplicates.
Business name and address exactly as it should appear on the face of the check.
Your logo, free of charge. Black artwork on a white background in BMP or JPG reproduces most cleanly. Color logos are available on standard checks but are not eligible for overnight shipping.
Email artwork to [email protected] quoting your order number. Requesting a proof pauses production until you approve it, so skip the proof when the order is urgent.
